This is 'old stock', some of it dating to the turn of the century! This is a ladies large circular netted lace tambour lace flounce applique being a beautiful blonde ivory color its just exquisite lace, gorgeous! 
It measures when laid flat 21 (altogether 42 inches) inches in length and is 5.5 inches at the widest point. 
The condition is new never used, still with the original label, its perfect, in strong useable condition for all sorts of fine heirloom sewing projects or for the enjoyment of adding to your antique-vintage lace and textiles collection.
