Beautiful antique-vintage lace from an old lace shop that closed over 60 years! This is 'old stock', some of it dating to the turn of the century! 
This is a ladies very fine light lace bodice, collar or cape, being a beautiful ivory color , has the look of fine delicate needle lace , it is much finer in feel and look than the images, just exquisite and gorgeous! 
It measures 21 inches across when laid flat (would fit up to bust 42, it measures 12 inches in length , the back has a V neckline although it looks that you can wear it either way. 
The condition is new never used, still has original paper label, its perfect, in strong useable condition for wearing right away or for all sorts of fine heirloom sewing projects or for the enjoyment of adding to your antique-vintage lace and textiles collection. Would be spectacular as part of a wedding dress bridal gown, flapper dress like Downton Abbey or Great Gatsby.
